Kelly

Kelly is a cheerful and bubbly girl with a big secret: She's a mermaid! She rarely talks about her past, but from what she's told the girls, she's from a mercity called Undaria, and left home after loosing her parents to a shipwreck. She never told anyone she was leaving, and as such, no one from her home city knows if she's alive or not. Later found by the girls on a beach, Kelly quickly took a liking to them, and asked if she could stay with them to learn about life ashore. She now lives with the girls. While Kelly is no racer, she does own a light blue classic VW Beetle. She's a very cautious driver, and is actually afraid of driving too fast. For this reason, she avoids driving on freeways. She's a very kind and caring person, and is always willing to do anything she can to help the girls when they need it.
As long as she keeps her lower body dry, she can remain human. If any part of her lower body gets too wet, she changes back to her mermaid form. After that, she can only change into a human again by fully drying her tail and fin. Because of this, she has to be very careful while out in public. Her favorite thing to do is soak in a hot bath with a good book.
